社区健康教育随访对起搏器植入患者生活质量影响调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究社区健康教育对起搏器植入患者术后生活质量的影响。方法对黄鹤楼社区50例起搏器植入患者通过书面教材讲解、相关视频播放及现场咨询相结合的方法进行健康宣教并随访,在宣教前后采用问卷调查的方式进行效果评价。结果健康宣教后,黄鹤楼社区起搏器植入患者对起搏器植入术后基本知识的知晓率明显提高;同时,患者的工作能力、社交能力及心态有明显改善。结论深入社区进行健康教育可以显著提高起搏器植入患者术后的生活质量。 Objective:To investigate the influence of community health Education on the llte quality ot the pacemaker implanted patients. Method :50 pacemaker implanted patients in Huang -helou community were select- ed for community health education combined explanation of written materials, related videos and consultation and then follow - up was performed. The effects were evaluated by the questionnaires before and after the mission. Re- suits:The awareness rate of the basic knowledge about the pacemaker were higher in the patients whom received health education. Meanwhile, their working abilities, social activities and the mood were improved obviously. Con- clusion:The life quality of the patients with pacemaker implanted was improved obviously by community health ed- ucation.
