摘要
在论述完善信用担保体系的重大意义与作用的基础上,分析我国中小企业信用担保体系的发展情况和存在问题,针对加快信用担保体系建设提出了九点建议。
On the basis of explaining the significance and the role of improving the credit guarantee system, this paper analyzes the development of and problems for China＇s SME credit guarantee system and proposes nine corresponding recommendations for accelerating the construction of credit guarantee system in China.
