摘要
从降低分离能耗的角度出发,对以草酸二甲酯加氢合成乙二醇生产工艺中产品精馏分离方案进行了研究。确定了采用4座塔对5个子群进行分离的精制方案,在用矩阵法生成基本精馏分离序列基础上进行方案的筛选。运用Aspen Plus软件中的灵敏度分析对所选方案中精馏塔的理论板数、回流比和采出率对分离效果及能耗的影响进行了分析,最终获得了能耗合理的优化设计和操作参数。
A series of energy efficient separation schemes for ethylene glycol purification from dimethyl oxalate hydrogenation were studied based on energy consideration. With the screening by matrix method, an energy-saving sequence with four distillation columns was determined. Then, the main process parameters were investigated by optimization and sensitivity analysis modules in Aspen Plus. Under the condition of purity and yield, the parameters including number of theoretical plates, reflux ratio and distillate ratio were proposed.
