复方苦参注射液对^(125)I粒子植入治疗的消化道恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响

Investigation of compound Kushen injection on the immune function of patients with gastrointestinal cancer treated by ^(125)I interstitial brachytherapy

目的探讨复方苦参注射液对实施放射性125I粒子植入治疗的消化道恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响。方法将44例消化道恶性肿瘤患者随机分为2组。2组均予放射性125I粒子植入治疗,治疗组加用复方苦参注射液治疗,1个月后测定患者T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、CD8+及免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、IgA、IgM变化。结果治疗组治疗前后CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+及IgG、IgA、IgM水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+及IgG、IgA、IgM水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液能够增强应用放射性125I粒子植入治疗的消化道恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能。

Abstract】 Objective To investigate effect of compound Kushen injection on the immune function of patients with gastrointestinal cancer treated by 125I interstitial brachytherapy.Methods 44 cases of gastrointestinal cancer were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in two groups were treated by 125I interstitial brachytherapy.And treatment group received compound Kushen injection.Lymphocyte subsets of CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ and IgG,IgA,and IgM levels in two groups were detected after a month.Results There was statistical significance between before and after treatment on CD4^＋,CD8^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ and IgG,IgA,and IgM levels in treatment group（P〈0.05）.But there was no statistical significance between between before and after treatment in control group（P〉0.05）.There was statistical significance between two groups on CD4^＋,CD8^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ and IgG,IgA,and IgM levels after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compound Kushen injection can enhance the immune function of patients with gastrointestinal cancer treated by 125I interstitial brachytherapy.
