稀土永磁内固定钢板配合骨氏宝胶囊对家兔骨折的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察稀土永磁内固定钢板配合骨氏宝胶囊对家兔骨折的影响。方法将51只普通雌家兔随机分为3组,每组17只,制造成胫骨0.2 cm的骨缺损的标准骨折模型。对照组以普通四孔钢板固定;观察组应用稀土永磁内固定钢板固定;治疗组用自制稀土永磁内固定钢板固定配合服用骨氏宝胶囊治疗。3组均术后2、4、6周行一般情况及临床X线摄片检查,并进行疗效评定。结果治疗组家兔骨痂显影时间及骨折线消失时间均较对照组、观察组早(P<0.05)。结论自制稀土永磁内固定钢板固定配合服用骨氏宝胶囊能促进骨折骨痂生长,促进骨折早期愈合。 Objective To explore the effect of magnetic fixation plate combined with Gushibao capsule on rabbits with fractures.Methods 51 female rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=17),made into standard fracture model with bone defect of the tibia 0.2 cm.Rabbits in control group were treated by ordinary four-hole plate fixation.Rabbits in observation group were treated by rare earth permanent magnet fixed plate.Rabbits in treatment group were treated by rare earth permanent magnet fixed plate combined with Gushibao capsule.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by general condition and clinical film examination 2,4 and 6 weeks after surgery in three groups.Results Rabbits Callus developing time and the fracture line disappeared time in treatment group was earlier than that in control group and observation group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Rare earth permanent magnet fixation plate combined with Gushibao capsule can promote fracture callus growth,and promote early fracture healing.
