摘要
目的 通过对犬 Bachm ann氏束 (BB)的消融为介入性治疗房性心律失常实验提供新的靶点和与之相关的电生理特征 .方法 对 10只实验犬行心外膜 BB消融并做病理检查 .结果 右房部、房间隔部及左房部的 BB各占 BB总长右侧入路心外膜消融只影响右房侧 BB,而对房间隔部与左房侧 BB无影响 .左右心耳间传导时间延长 2 5 ms以上为 BB阻断的电生理指标 .结论 实验结果提示 BB应细分为 3个部分 ,消融
AIM To offer new targets and electrophysiological data for ablative treatment of atrial arrhythmia by experimental ablation of Bachmann's bundle (BB) in dogs. METHODS Ten dogs were opened by a median sternotomy and received epicardial radiofrequency ablation on BB, then their hearts were excised and measured. RESULTS BB should be divided into three parts: Right atrial BB, 33.0%; interatrial septal BB, 18.3%; left atrial BB, 48.7%. More than 25ms' delay of the activation time between the right and the left auricles means the completely blocking on BB in double direction. CONCLUSION The result suggests that BB should be divided into three parts and exact location of BB should be pointed out if experimental ablation of BB is needed.
