摘要
在使用管道漏磁内检测器对输油管道进行检测时,为了更加精确地识别管道环焊缝以及带有缺陷的环焊缝所形成的漏磁信号特征,以漏磁检测原理和电磁场理论为基础,运用ANSYS有限元仿真软件,建立了管道漏磁内检测器,对带有不同程度缺陷的环焊缝进行检测的三维有限元仿真模型。得到了正常环焊缝以及缺陷尺寸在8、5和2 mm情况下的漏磁特征曲线。通过对所得特征曲线的综合对比分析,认为正常管道的环焊缝与带有缺陷的环焊缝在轴向分量上没有明显的区别,然而在径向上二者方向相反,并且随着缺陷尺寸的变小,曲线峰的峰值在减小,曲线跨度也在变小。
When inspecting the pipeline with a magnetic flux leakage detector, in order to identify the magnetic flux leakage signal characteristics formed by the defective girth weld more accurately, ANSYS finite element simulation software is used to establish a three-dimensional finite element simulation model for the girth weld with varying degrees of defects based on the theory of magnetic flux leakage and electromagnetic fields. The magnetic characteristic curves for normal girth welds and those with defects of 8, 5 and 2 mm are obtained. Based on the analysis of these curves, there is no significant difference in the axial component between the normal girth welds and those with defects; however, they are opposite in the radial direction, and the peak-to-peak values and spans of the curves become smaller when the sizes of the defects turn less.
