摘要
用Monte Carlo和核物理理论分析的方法研究了CeF3晶体对γ射线的能量响应趋势,并通过实验测量了CeF3晶体与光电倍增管组合构成的闪烁探测器对不同能量的中子和γ射线的灵敏度。结果表明:CeF3晶体在0.3~0.9 MeV能区具有较平坦的γ能量响应曲线,较强的抗中子干扰能力。
The Monte Carlo method and theoretical analysis of nuclear physics were both used to study γ-ray energy response tendency of CeF3 crystal, and coherent experiments were done to measure the sensitivity for neutron and γ ray with different energies of the scintillation detector, which is made up of CeF3 crystal and photomuhiplier tube. The results show that CeF3 crystal has a fiat γ- ray energy response curve in the energy range of 0.3 MeV - 0.9 MeV and strong anti - neutron - interference ability
