摘要
基于Time-to-Count技术,利用GM计数管和单片机设计了一套环境γ辐射监测仪,时间测量采用数字电路和单片机实现,克服了"杂质时间"问题,有效提高了时间分辨率,较大地延长了GM计数管的使用寿命。可用于医院、公共场所、核工业相关单位的X射线和γ射线的辐射剂量监测。
Based on Time - to - Count technology , a environmental Gamma - ray radicalization monitor is devel- oped using G - M tube and Single - chip microcontroller(MCU). The Time Measuring is realized by using digital electric circuit and MCU, Impurities Time is overcame , time resolution is raised effectively and the appli- cation life of G - M tube is extended greatly. The environmental Gamma - ray radicalization monitor can be used in the hospitals , public places , and the relevant departments of nuclear industry for the X - ray and γ - ray radiation dosage monitoring .
