水工建筑物墩墙温度应力分析与抗裂暗梁的设计研究

摘要 针对水闸、船闸等水工建筑物墩墙混凝土裂缝难以通过施工工艺有效控制的现状,通过对墩墙温度应力的计算分析,阐明了抗裂设计的必要性,探讨了抗裂暗梁的设计方法。工程实施结果表明,合理配置墩墙抗裂暗梁,可有效控制混凝土裂缝尤其是贯穿性裂缝的发生,是一种作用比较明显的抗裂设计措施。 Aiming at the hard condition of effectively control in the concrete cracks of pier wall in hydraulic structure at the water gate,the ship lock and others.The necessity of the anti-crack design was expounded,and the design method of the anti-crack hidden beam was discussed by calculation and analysis of the temperature stress of the pier wall.The engineering implementation result shows that to configure pier wall hidden beam rationally can control the concrete cracks effectively in the penetrating cracks in especial.It is an anti-crack design method with obvious effects.
