After the 1 800t/h bridge-type grab ship unloader of a project had been assembled;an out of tolerance problem of the trolley track was found.The problem was introduced;and the reasons of the problem were analyzed.The defect was repaired;and some preventive measures were proposed,which provides reference for manufacturing and installing of the subsequent products.
