Analysis on reason of frequent blockage of desulphurization demister and countermeasures

针对商丘裕东发电有限责任公司烟气脱硫系统除雾器频繁堵塞的问题进行了检查和分析,认为除雾器频繁堵塞的主要原因为原烟道及净烟道短,除雾器冲洗水管路及喷嘴角度布置不合理。提出了冲洗水系统改造的建议,实施后效果明显,取得了良好的经济效益。

The desulphurization demister of Shangqiu Yudong Power Generation Company Limited was blocked frequently.The fault was inspected and analyzed,and it was determined that the main reasons of frequent blockage of the demister are that the original gas flue and the cleaned gas flue are too short,and the arrangement of the wash water tube and the angle of the jet nozzle of the demister are irrational.A suggestion on reformation of the wash water system was put forward.The suggestion had been implemented,and favorable economic benefit was obtained.
