五灵胶囊对小鼠免疫性肝损伤的作用

目的 观察五灵胶囊对小鼠免疫性肝损伤的影响 .方法 先用卡介苗 (BCG)使小鼠致敏 ,再注射微量脂多糖(L PS)诱导小鼠免疫性肝损伤 ,检测血清转氨酶活性 ,肝匀浆一氧化氮 (NO)含量 ,组化检测肝组织中肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)和纤维结合蛋白 (Fn) ,HE染色观察肝组织细胞形态学 .结果 五灵胶囊能减轻肝组织损伤 ,显著抑制小鼠免疫性肝损伤中丙氨酸氨基转氨酶 (AST)和门冬氨酸转氨酶 (AL T)活性 ,同时升高肝匀浆 NO水平 ,使之趋于正常 ,肝组织内 TNF显强阳性 ,Fn显弱阳性 .Kupffer细胞增生肥大 ,内皮细胞被激活 .结论 五灵胶囊能加速体内内毒素的清除、稳定肝细胞膜、阻止 TNF和
