中国旅游发展中社区居民感知与态度研究综述

A Review of Community Residents' Perception and Attitude Research in Chinese Tourism Development

作为旅游发展的重要利益群体,社区居民的支持对旅游业成功发展具有举足轻重的意义,社区居民参与是旅游发展过程中的一项重要内容和环节。通过对中国旅游发展中社区居民感知与态度研究加以综述,从而梳理脉络,为进一步研究此领域佐以文献基础。目前,中国旅游发展中社区居民感知与态度研究的主要贡献主要集中在5个方面:居民旅游感知和态度调查方法的采用、居民旅游感知和态度数据处理方法的选择、居民旅游感知和态度调查内容的设计、居民旅游感知和态度影响因素的归纳、居民旅游感知和态度类型的划分。虽然在研究开展的时间以及成果出现的数量上,表现得非常显著,但是缺乏规范和一致的研究方法与手段,已有的居民旅游影响感知研究主要是描述性的,预示着这个领域仍旧处在学科发展的初期阶段,仍需要大量的案例研究和实证分析。

As the important interest group, the support of community residents to tourist industry is very impor tant. The participation of community residents is an important content and link in the developing process of tourism. A review of community residents perception and attitudes research in Chinese tourism development will provide doc ument basis for further research in this field. At present, the research of this field mainly focuses on five aspects： the adoption of survey methods of resident tourism perception and attitude, the choice of data handling, the design of survey content, the deduction of the influencing factors and the division of residents ＂ tourism perception and atti tude type. Although it is remarkable in research time and outcome quantity, there lacks of standard and unified re search methods. The existed researches are mainly descriptive, which predicts that this field is still at the initial stage of discipline development. It still needs more case studies and empirical analysis.
