内蒙古生态经济发展中的税收政策探析

An Analysis of the Taxation Policy in Inner Mongolia Ecological Economy Development

税收是国家财政收入的主要来源,是调节经济、调节税收分配的重要杠杆,是国家公共政策的重要组成部分。本文从内蒙古目前环境现状和税收参与生态经济建设的现状分析入手,重点揭示税收在调节生态建设中存在的突出问题,提出了内蒙古生态经济建设的税收支持对策,对于推进内蒙古经济社会可持续发展以及全国生态经济建设具有重要意义。

Taxation is the main source of state revenue, the important leverage to adjust economy and tax allo cation and an important part of national public policy as well. Starting from analyzing the present situation of Inner Mongolia environment and ecological economy construction, this paper emphasizes on enclosing the obvious prob lems of taxation existed in the adjustment of ecological construction, puts forward countermeasures on taxation sup port to Inner Mongolia ecological economy construction, which is of important significance to promote the sustain able development of Inner Mongolia economic society and the ecological economy construction of the whole country.
