摘要
从组织层面出发,旨在探索企业所在关系网络的网络结构特性及组织外部学习行为等关键要素在跨组织信息系统(IOS)采纳后使用阶段,对其吸收的影响及作用机理,基于中国企业150份有效样本的数据,运用偏最小二乘(PLS)结构方程模型方法进行了实证检验.结果表明结构资本的2个重要方面,即社会互动和网络中心性对IOS吸收具有显著的正向影响,并且该影响过程是通过组织外部学习这一完全中介作用实现的,而网络连结的影响并不显著.
From the organizational level, this study aimed at exploring how the structure of networks and external learning influences assimilation in the post-adoption stage after adopting Inter-organizational System （IOS）. The model and hypotheses were tested by partial least squares （PLS） analysis of 150 sets of survey data conducted in Chinese companies. The results indicate that the two aspects of structural social capital （ social interaction and network centrality） influence IOS assimilation significantly, and this is fully mediated by external learning. However, the impact of another aspect of structural social capital-network ties-is not significant.
