摘要
目的 探讨 5 氟脲嘧啶 ( 5 Fu)对恶性肿瘤患者血一氧化氮 (NO )水平的影响。方法 测定 5 2例恶性肿瘤患者 5 Fu化疗前后血中一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)和NO的水平 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 肿瘤患者的NOS、NO水平明显高于健康人 (P <0 .0 1) ,而未手术切除者又明显高于手术切除者 (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1) ;5 Fu化疗后NOS、NO水平明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,与健康人无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;5 Fu不同剂量组相比 ,5 Fu抑制NO生成的强度无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;不同的联合用药组相比较 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 NO与肿瘤的发生、发展有密切关系 ,检测NOS、NO的水平 ,可作为肿瘤诊断以及判断病情变化和预后的指标之一 ;5 Fu可抑制NOS的活性 ,减少NO生成 ,其抑制NO生成的强度与 5 Fu剂量的大小、是否联合用药无关。
Objective To explore the effect of 5 Fluorouracilum on serum nitric oxide(NO) level in the patients with malignant tumors.Methods To measure serum nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and nitric oxide(NO) levels in 52 patients before and after chemotherapy with 5 Fluorouracilum(5 Fu) and make a statistical analysis.Results Serum NOS and NO levels in the patients with malignant tumors were significantly higher than those in healthy persons( P <0.01),and significantly higher in patients without surgical resection than those with surgical resection;they obviously decreased after the chemotherapy of 5 Fu( P <0.01) and even equal to those in healthy persons( P >0.05),the decreased extent of serum NOS and NO levels were not different between the groups with different doses of 5 Fu,or between the groups with single or combined chemotherapy( P >0.05).Conclusion NO probably concerned with occurrence and the development of malignant tumors.Serum NOS and NO levels can be used as indexes for the diagnosis as well as judging the stage and the prognosis of malignant tumors.Furthermore,5 Fu can inhibit the activity of NOS and reduce the synthesis of NO.However,the dose of 5 Fu and single or combined chemotherapy with other drugs make no difference.
