摘要
通过对传统弹簧背撑梳齿型汽封和布莱登汽封的介绍及它们优缺点的分析,结合中电投抚顺热电有限责任公司1号机过桥汽封进行的布莱登改造的实际工作,对布莱登汽封的实际节能效果进行了计算分析,所得数据对于其他国产机组进行类似技术改造具有一定借鉴作用。
Structures of the traditional backstay-spring comb-finger steam seal and the Brandon seal are introduced. According to the application of Brandon seal to the reconstruction of the gland steam seal of the No.1 steam turbine unit in the China Power Investment Corporation Fushun Power Plant, Analyzed and calculated the actual energy saving of this reconstruction. Acquired data in this work could be helpful for other similar domestic units.
