开展学生学习需求评估是实施素质教育,深化课程改革,落实学生发展为本理念的现实要求。但由于教育价值取向上的偏差,教师专业化水平的不足,理论与技术上的不完善,致使中小学教师对学生学习评估重视不够,开展不力,为此,有必要提高思想认识,掌握知识技能,加强基础能力建设。
