推进曲靖市“三化同步”发展的思路探析

Promoting Synchronous Industrialization,Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization in Qujing

推进"三化同步"发展是"十二五"时期的重大任务,是我国经济社会持续协调发展的必然要求。曲靖市作为西部欠发达地区,工业化、城镇化呈加速发展趋势,推进"三化"同步发展,已经具备必要的基础条件,也面临着具有自身特点的困难和问题。通过整体分析和典型调查,准确把握发展机遇,在加速推进工业化、城镇化的同时,以加快曲靖现代农业建设为重点,着力解决影响"三化同步"的若干突出问题,不失时机地加快农业现代化,推进"三化同步"发展,实现经济平稳较快增长,维护社会和谐稳定。

It is the important task during the period of the ＂ Twelfth Five-year Plan＂ and essential requirement on sustainable development of society and economy to promote the synchronous industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.In Qujing,an underdeveloped area in the west China,there is fast development of the industrialization and urbanization.There is necessary condition for promoting the synchronous industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,which is also faced with problems.Analyzing the situation,we find that synchronous industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization can be promoted through mastering the opportunity,focusing on agricultural modernization,and sustaining the social stability and harmony.
