摘要
成语"狡兔三窟"出自《战国策·齐策四》,其中的"狡兔"一语,相关文献或阙释,或训解为"狡猾的兔子"。通过考察,先秦文献并没有言及兔子狡猾的,"狡"也罕有用作"狡猾"之例。从文字学、训诂学角度,论证了"狡兔"之"狡"应解为"迅疾","狡兔"应解为奔跑迅疾的兔子。
The proverb ＂jiaotu sanku （狡兔三窟）＂ is from Qi strategies 4 ~ Strategies of the War- ring States （战国策·齐策四 ）. The phrase ＂jiaotu （ 狡兔）＂ has been glossed as ＂cunning rabbit＂. However, we find that no literature in the Pre-Qin Period has mentioned the cunningness of any rabbit and glossed ＂jiao（狡） ＂ as＂cunning＂ that the word jiao should be glossed as ＂swift＂ and ＂jiaotu＂ as ＂swift hare＂.
