摘要
为了减少矿柱的损失,在三山岛金矿直属矿区内,采用基坑开挖的方式对地表以上+10 m至地下-2.0 m的矿体进行回采。受现场工业厂房布置限制,并考虑加快施工进度、降低生产成本等方面因素,爆破方式采用中深孔松动控制爆破技术。为了最大限度地降低爆破震动对周边环境的影响,首先对基坑轮廓先进行预裂爆破,再进行中深孔松动控制主爆破。通过对2种控制爆破的爆破参数进行详细确定,分析爆破效果,阐述了爆破方案选择、爆破参数优化、起爆网路的设计和爆破安全校核与防护,为类似工程设计提供参考。
In order to reduce the loss of safety pillar,using pit excavation method to recovery the orebody from surface 10 m to -2.0 m within the immediate mining area of the Sanshandao gold mine.Because subject to site lay- out of the plant and taking account of speeding up the construction schedule and reducing the production cost, we choose the blast pattern of long-hole shock controlled blasting.To maximize the reduction of blasting vibration on the surrounding environment, proposed the program of pre-splitting blasting on pit outline first, main blast of long- hole shock controlled blasting in deep hole later.In this paper,parameters of two controlled blasting method is de- termined in detail,blasting effect is analyzed.Elaborate on blasting program choosing,blasting parameter optimiza- tion,initiation network design and security checking and protection,provides a reference for similar projects.
