摘要
目的探讨精神科病人噎食的原因并提出防范措施。方法对12例噎食病人的住院资料进行回顾性分析。结果发病相关因素主要为抗精神病药物所致的锥体外系反应、暴饮暴食等进食障碍、智力低下、食物保管不当、癫痫等。结论采取相应的护理措施可减少噎食的发生。
Objective To investigate the reason of choking in psychiatric patients and to propose preventive measures. Methods Hospitalization data of 12 cases choking patients was ret- rospectively analyzed. Results The related factors were antipsychotic-induced extrapyramidal re- actions, eating disorders, mental retardation, food storage improper, and epilepsy. Conclusion It should take the appropriate nursing interventions to reduce the occurrence of choking.
