1,1-二取代-1,2-丙二烯化合物的合成

摘要 以炔烃为原料,经磺酸炔丙酯与格氏试剂的SN2’反应合成1,1-二取代-1,2-丙二烯型化合物.该方法具有原料简单易得、反应条件温和、副反应较少、产率高等优点.产物经1 H NMR、13 C NMR、IR以及MS确证. The 1,1-disubstituted-1,2-propadiene was synthesized via SN2' reaction of Grignard reagent with sulfonic propargyl ester using alkyne as the raw material. The method has the advantages of readily available raw materials, mild conditions, few side reaction, high yields, et al. All products were verified by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and MS.
