摘要
将高校工资分为保障性收入和激励性收入两大类型,分析了它们在总收入中的比重、性质,针对两类工资分配中容易出现的问题和矛盾,提出相应的解决对策.
Wages in colleges and universities can be divided into security income and incentive income. This paper analyzed the weight and nature of each type, and proposed some countermeasures for the problems and conflicts in the process of wage distribution.
