摘要
采用分光光度法对贵州特有药用植物永思小檗不同海拔高度居群的盐酸小檗碱含量进行测定,结果显示:分布在不同海拔高度的永思小檗居群盐酸小檗碱含量存在显著差异,其关系为y=0.003x-3.6。
Objective to study the difference of Berberine Hydrochloride content of Berberis tsienii from different altitudes in Guizhou province Berberine Hydrochloride Content has been determined by spectrophotometer method. This method is simple, fast and accurate, and can be the quantitative analytic method of Berberine Hydrochloride in, content of Berberis tsienii. The Conclusion is thar there are significant differences among the Berberine Hydrochloride content from different altitudes, y =0.003 x-3.6.
