数字参考咨询服务是一种基于Internet的帮助服务机制。基于知识管理,它具有知识是知识管理的逻辑起点,智力管理是核心,知识共享是基础,知识创新是关键,要求新的知识型组织与之相适应的特征。数字参考咨询服务主要服务模式是异步数字参考咨询服务、同步数字参考咨询服务。做好数字参考咨询服务要满足用户需求、更新服务模式、培养智能化馆员、开展用户培训。
Digital Reference Service is an Internet-based help service mechanism. It has the knowledgebased knowledge management is the logical starting point of knowledge management.
