血脂正常的2型糖尿病患者冠脉病变分析

Analysis on coronary artery lesion in cases of type 2 diabetes with normal lipids

目的 探讨血脂正常范围的 2型糖尿病患者的冠脉病变特点。方法 选择经冠状动脉造影证实为冠状动脉病变的患者 10 0例 ,5 0例为 2型糖尿病患者 ,5 0例为非糖尿病患者 ,两组血脂变化均在正常范围内 ,并进行对比。结果 血脂在正常范围内的 2型糖尿病患者 ,冠脉病变仍然以多支病变、复杂病变为主。结论 2型糖尿病患者的冠脉病变可能与血糖。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of coronary artery lesion in type Ⅱ diabetic patient with normal lipid level.Methods 100 patients with coronary artery lesion confirmed by coronary angiography were selected,including 50 type Ⅱ diabetes and 50 non diabetes.All cases displayed normal lipid levels.Resuts Type Ⅱ diabetic patients with normal lipid levels showed multiple artery and complicated lesions.Conclusion Coronary artery lesion in type Ⅱ diabetic patient may be related to the levels of blood glucose,glycosylatic lipoprotein and blood viscosity.
