哮喘患者血小板膜CD62P的表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

Expression and clinical significance of CD62P on platelets in asthmatic patients

摘要 目的 探讨哮喘患者血小板活化功能的改变及其临床意义。方法 采用直接荧光标记和流式细胞仪分别测定哮喘急性发作组 (2 8例 )、哮喘缓解组 (16例 )及正常对照组 (18例 )血小板膜 CD6 2 P的表达水平。结果 哮喘急性发作组血小板膜 CD6 2 P阳性百分比为 (2 3.84±15 .72 ) % ,荧光强度为 2 .75± 1.5 3,与正常对照组和哮喘缓解组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 哮喘发作存在血小板的异常活化 ,随病情的缓解血小板活化水平明显下降 。 Objective To study the change and clinical significance of platelet activation in asthmatic patients. Methods The expression level of CD62P on platelets were measured in 28 patients with acute asthma,16 stable patients and 18 normal subjects by FCM. Results Positive percentage of CD62P on platelets significantly increased in patients with acute asthma as compared with stable ones and controls. The degree of platelet activation decreased obviously after the symptoms relieved.Conclusion Abnormal platelet activation exist in asthmatic patients, platelet play a role in airway inflammation responses in asthma. [
