脑血管意外患者血清肿瘤坏死因子含量的研究

Study on serum tumor necrosis factor-〆 in Patients with Cerebrovascular Accident

目的 探讨血清肿瘤坏死因子 - α(TNF- α)与急性脑血管病的关系。方法 采用EL ISA法检测 83例脑血管意外患者和 36例脑动脉硬化患者血清 TNF- α的含量。结果 脑血管意外组明显高于脑动脉硬化组 (P <0 .0 1)和正常对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,尤以脑梗塞组增高更为显著 ,脑动脉硬化组与正常对照组比较差异也有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To study the relation ship between serum tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) and acute cerebrovascular accident.Methods TNF α levels were measured with ELISA in 83 patients with cerebrovascular accident and 36 patients with atherosclerosis respectively.Results The TNF α level in the patients with cerebrovasulor accident was significantly higher than those in patients with ather osclerosis (P<0.01) as well as those in the control(P<0.001) It was the highest in cerebral infarction group. Moreover, there was signifcant difference between atherosclerosis group and the the control (P<0.05). Conclusion TNF takes part in the formation of atherosclerosis and the pathological process of brain lesion in cerebrovascular accident. [
