摘要
作为一种新兴理论,模因论与翻译的结合使翻译策略的研究有了新的进路。旅游是文化传承的一种典型方式,旅游素材多蕴藏着历史文化模因;而旅游资料翻译本身更是一个跨文化模因传播过程。通过一些旅游文本的英译实例,探析模因论视角下的旅游资料翻译策略和技巧,以促进旅游模因的传播。
Since the marriage between Memetics and translation, a brand new standard for the choosing of translating strategies have come into being. On the other hand, tourism, as a typical way to maintain cultural heritage, contains lots of historical and cultural memes; and tourism translation itself is a process of memes dissemination cross-culturally. Through analyzing some examples of Chinese to English translation, the paper discusses the translating strategies and techniques from the perspective of Memetics to ensure better dissemination of tourism memes.
