外伤复明胶囊抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

An experimental study on effect of waishang fuming capsule for the anti-inflammatory and analgesia

目的 观察外伤复明胶囊的抗炎镇痛作用 ;方法 分别制作急性炎症、慢性炎症及应用外伤复明胶囊治疗模型组。结果 外伤复明胶囊治疗组的腹腔冲洗液中Evens蓝的含量明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ;对角叉菜性足趾肿胀具有明显的对抗作用 (P <0 0 1 ) ;治疗组中前列腺素的含量明显低于对照对组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;并有明显抑制棉球肉芽组织增生 (P <0 0 1 )和降低醋酸致肢体扭转频率的作用 (P <0 0 1 )。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of waishangfuming (外伤复明) capsules on the acute inflammation, and chronic inflammation in experimental animal models. METHODS Prepared acute inflammation models and chronic inflammation models were divided into treated group and control group respectively, and they were treated with waishangfuming capsules in the treated group. RESULTS Content of blueness Evens in the celiac washing liquid of treated group with waishang fuming capsule was lower than in control group( P <0 01).The swelling of the hind paw induced by injection of carrageenan could be alleviated( P <0 01).The content of prostaglandin in the treated group was lower than in control group( P <0 05).Waishang fuing capsule could inhibit proliferation of granulation tissues( P <0 01).Otherwise, it declined the rate of writhe of limb body induced by acetic acid( P <0 01). CONCIUSTION Waishang fuming capsule has effects on anti-inflammation and analgesia in experimental animals.
