成人视神经萎缩的病因和疗效分析

An analysis on adult optic atrophy for etiology and treatment

目的 分析成人视神经萎缩的病因 ,评估中医综合治疗的效果。方法 根据 1 96例成人视神经萎缩患者资料按病因频度进行分类。并对接受中医综合治疗的效果进行评估。结果 成人视神经萎缩的病因以外伤者居多 (4 2 % ) ,其次为视神经炎 (1 4% )、循环障碍 (1 1 % )、颅内压迫性病变 (8% ) ,原因不明者占 7%。疗效最好为循环障碍性眼病 (6 6 6 % ) ,最差为Leber遗传性视神经萎缩 (1 8 7% )。 1 96例总有效率 46 6 %。结论 外伤是成人视神经萎缩的主要病因之一 ;

OBJECTIVE To understand etiology of optic atrophy and evaluate effects of integrated treatment by traditional Chinese medicine in adult patients. METHODS One hundred and ninety-six adult patients with optic atrophy were classified according to frequency of different causes. Effect of integrated treatment by traditional Chinese medicine was evaluated. RESULTS Trauma was the most frequent among various cause and the ratio was 42%. the second cause was optic neuritis, the ratio was 14%. the following frequency of ischemic diseases was 11%, intracranial compression 8%, and unknown cause was 7%. The efficacious rate of the ischemic diseases was the highest (66 6%), and the lowest was hereditary Leber opticatrophy (18 7%). The total efficacious rate was 46 6% in 196 patients. CONCLUSIONS Primary cause of adult optic atrophy is trauma. Integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy is significant in treatment of adult optic atrophy.
