摘要
以浓香型白酒为应用背景,结合其主要呈香成分己酸乙酯等的蒸馏特点,探讨了乙醇精馏过程浓度、反应时间等操作参数的优化条件。实验结果表明,原料液的最佳浓度配比为30%,最优产品的采集段为蒸馏的前30 min。
Operating parameters such as condensation,reaction time combined with main flavoring compositions content of strong aromatic spirits such as ethyl caproate were discussed via distillation experiments of ethanol-water system under the background of Chinese strong aromatic spirits.The results showed that the optimal raw material liquid concentration was 30% and the best time to collect high quality liquors was the first 30 min of distillation.
