摘要
制备了维生素M微乳液和胶束;电导率法区分了微乳液的O/W、W/O和B.C.区域;研究了微乳和胶束对维生素M增溶及温度对维生素M稳定性的影响;还研究了微乳液体外缓释效果。结果表明,微乳体系及胶束都对维生素M有增溶作用;维生素M对高温比较敏感,但在O/W型微乳液中较稳定。微乳液粒径和多分散度分别为6.481 nm和0.107。
Microemulsion and micelle of vitamin M were prepared.The O/W,W/O and B.C.regions were divided with conductance method.The solubilization of vitamin M in the microemulsion or in the micelle,as well as the effects of high temperatures on the stability of vitamin M were studied.The release rate of vitamin M microemulsion was also studied.Results showed that vitamin M in microemulsion system and the micelle can increase the solubility of vitamin M.The vitamin M contained in the O/W microemulsion,and compared with in the micelle,it was much highly resistant to high temperatures.The particle diameter and polydispersity of microemulsion were 6.481 nm and 0.107,respectively.
