彝药包谷七和见肿消的热分析研究

Study on Thermoanalysis for Bao-gu-qi and Jian-zhong-xiao of Yi Nationality's Medicine

采用差热-热重分析法(DTA-TGA)对彝药包谷七和见肿消进行测定,根据图谱峰形和特征进行了比较分析。结果表明不同样品的DTA的放热峰特征明显,峰顶温度和峰数量不同,所得的DTA-TGA曲线可用于鉴别包谷七和见肿消彝族药材。

Bao-gu-qi and Jian-zhong-xiao of Yi Nationality＇s Medicine were determined by DTA-TGA in the static air,the identification was compared according to peak shape and characteristics of map.The results showed that the peak,temperature and numbers of DTA curves were obvious among different kinds of samples.The DTA-TGA curves of Bao-gu-qi and Jian-zhong-xiao of Yi Nationality＇s Medicine can be used as a basis for authenticity of its identification.
