分析100万吨/年催化裂化装置三机组烟机振动值偏大原因,改善烟机运行工况,运用烟机轮盘在线蒸汽除垢法和烟气热循环法减缓和清除烟机结垢,降低烟机振动,实现催化装置三机组长周期运行。减少烟气轮机结垢的在线处理技术,避免了烟汽轮机频繁检修,延长了三机组运行周期,提高了经济效益。

The vibration value of third unit tobacco machine whose annual prodwtion was 1 million tons,was too large.The causes of it were analyzed to improve its operating condition,slow down and clear away its scale formation by using vapour scale-removing method and flue gas thermal cycling method,lower its vibration,thereby realizing its long-period operation.Through reducing tobacco turbo-generator of fouling online processing technology,smoke steam turbine frequent overhaul was avoided,prolonged three unit operation cycle,and increased the economic benefit.
