"Guidance"-the Class Sponsor's Role in the Freshmen Class

针对大学新生在新进入高等院校时存在的问题,根据以人为本教育理念,分别在解决学生的心理落差、关注新生中的弱势群体等方面提出了问题解决的方法和参考意见,倡导充分发挥大学新生班主任"引路人"的作用,帮助学生尽快的适应新的环境。

Concerning to the problems for the freshmen,according to the people-centered educational philosophy,in terms of addressing the students＇ psychological gap,concerning about the vulnerable groups in the newborn and so on,problem-solving methods and suggestions were proposed.To help students adapt to the new environment as soon as possible,the guidance＇ role for the freshmen was presented.
