Research on Legal Problems of Road-related Criminal Offences

随着我国公路建设步伐加快,公路涉路犯罪行为日渐增多,给国家和社会带来严重的社会危害,传统的路政管理手段在打击公路涉路违法犯罪行为方面手段明显滞后,而我国刑法在公路涉路犯罪方面的规定又存在诸多缺陷,因此,我国应尽快出台专门的公路涉路犯罪司法解释,以完善对涉路犯罪行为的刑法规制。

With the rapid development of road construction in China,the increasing road-related criminal offences cause serious social harm to the nation and society.The traditional road administration means have obvious inferiority in the fight against such offences,and there are many deficiencies in the provisions of criminal law concerning the road-related criminal offences.Therefore,a criminal judicial interpretation involving these offences is necessary for China to improve the criminal regulation in this respect.
