摘要
对蓝莓的组培快繁技术进行了研究。结果表明:茎段在1/3MS+BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+ZT1.5mg/L培养基上继代一次即可出苗,繁苗系数8倍以上;生根培养以1/4MS+IBA0.5mg/L培养基为最好,生根率达100%,并且每株可达5~10条根;移栽基质以腐苔藓为最好,成活率达80%以上。
Cell culture was made of the blueberry for its rapid propagation. Orthogonal design indicated that 1/3MS+6-BA 1.5mg/L-+-NAA 0. 2mg/L +ZT 1.5 mg/L was the best culture medium to induce proliferation buds from its tuber. Propagation coefficient was eight times. The best culture medium for multiplication of cluster shoots was 1/4 MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L. Rooting rate 100% ,every plant root 5-10; When micropropagated plantlets with well-developed root systems were transferred to planting bed of moss in a greenhouse, 80% of the plantlets survived.
