摘要
采用光电定位测试叉车货叉带动试块升降行程和控制器计时原理,对装配全自由二级、三级门架的叉车满载时最大起升速度、最大下降速度进行测算。针对全自由门架的特点,对全自由门架在前起升液压缸、后起升液压缸不同工作状态下的叉车满载升降速度进行分段测试。结果表明该试验方法合理、可靠,满足全自由门架内燃叉车升降测速的要求。
The maximum lifting and falling speeds are worked out for full-load forklift truck equipped with full free double-stage and triple-stage masts by using photoelectric positioning to measure the lifting travel of the forklift truck and using controller to time. Considering the characteristics of full free masts, sectional testing is performed for the lifting and falling speeds of fully-loaded forklift truck under different working conditions of front and rear lifting hydraulic cylinders of the full free masts. The results show that the testing method is proper and reliable, and can meet vertical speed measure- ment requirements by the forklift truck with full free masts.
