萘乙酸壳聚糖包衣对大白菜种子出苗率的影响 被引量:4

摘要 2 a的试验表明,用8个不同浓度萘乙酸和0.177 mm食品级壳聚糖混合液包衣太原二青B粒径等级种子,当年播种后出苗效果高于拌种对照或普通对照的出苗效果,在一定程度上提高了种子的抗逆性,出土幼苗生长正常,无药害。但考虑到包衣种子在贮存1 a后的出苗效果,每10 g种子可选用0.035~0.297 mg的萘乙酸与适量0.177 mm食品级壳聚糖包衣大白菜种子。 The results of two-year experiments showed: when B class seeds of Taiyuan Erqing coated with the mixture of 8 different concentrations of naphthalene acetic acid and 0.177 mmfood grade Chitosan,germination rate of seeds was batter than the dressed or common control groups in the same year after sowing,stress resistance of seeds was also increased to a certain extent,and seedling appeared normal growth and no phytotoxicity.But considering the effect to germination rate after one year storage,0.035 mg/10 g~0.297 mg/10 g concentrations of naphthalene acetic acid and suitable 0.177 mm food grade Chitosan could be used for Chinese cabbage seed coating.
