利用技术成熟度对企业进行分群,对不同群企业利用TRIZ的物-场分析法直接从资金供给者、需求者、融资方式3方面出发对融资效果进行分析,利用三者的轮动、替换、彼此搭配来完善融资效果,可形成一种融资创新方法,将"四元主体"模型应用于科技金融,可建立起科技金融体系分阶段演变历程,政府随该体系的发展不断进行角色转换,由直接补贴资金转向平台的搭建、制度的完善与氛围的营造,最终转向监督和宏观调控。

We can classify these enterprises into different groups by technology maturity. Cutting into the prob- lems which are directly from the money suppliers,demanders, means of financing and the actions of suppliers to the demanders, after the combination of Substance--field analysis methods of the TRIZ theory and enterprise financing, we can find a method of finance innovation which looking for solutions by altering money suppliers ,demanders and means of financing. Based on four--dimensional model, we establish the evolution of finance of science and technolo- gy system, with the development of the system , government switches it＇ s roles from providing money directly to building platforms and creating an atmosphere, and become a supervisor ultimately.
