摘要
对以企业为主体的技术创新体系建设进行了理论思考,并提出了以企业为主体的技术创新体系的多维主体论、要素移聚论和政府行为论。同时,提出了优化以企业为主体的技术创新体系建设的若干建议。
This paper conducts a theoretical thinking of constructing technological innovation system based on en- terprise as a main body, and proposes so--called multi--dimension main body view, elements shift ＆ integration view, and governmental behavior view of technological innovation system taking enterprise as a main body. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize technological innovation system based on enterprise as a main body.
