国际专利审查合作及我国的政策思考

Patent examination cooperation in the world and thinking about Chinese policies

随着经济全球化进程的加快,各国知识产权局受理的专利申请也迅速增长,知识产权局之间通过开展双边或多边的区域专利审查合作来实现工作共享。分析国际专利审查合作兴起的原因,总结国际范围内的区域专利审查合作形式,在研究国际专利申请结构特点的基础上,提出我国参与国际专利审查合作的政策建议。

With the fast development of the globalization of the economy, the main intellectual property offices in the world are receiving more and more patent applications. The intellectual property offices in some countries have launched and developed bilateral or multilateral patent examination cooperation worldwide. The causes of the devel- opment of international patent examination cooperation are analyzed. The typical cooperation forms are summarized. The policy suggestions for China to participate in patent examination cooperation are put forward based on the re- search on the characteristics of international patent application structure.
