他克莫司联合糖皮质激素治疗成人特应性皮炎的疗效研究

Tacrolimus Combined with Corticosteroids in the Treatment of adult Atopic Dermatitis Efficacy Study

目的:探讨他克莫司联合糖皮质激素治疗成人特应性皮炎疗效。方法:将本院近期门诊收治的60例成人特应性皮炎患者随机分两组,对照组30例单行糖皮质激素治疗,实验组30例联合他克莫司,对比两组患者治疗后的脱屑、红斑、毛细血管扩张、皮肤萎缩、丘疹脓疱、色素沉着等皮损积分变化,并统计患者总有效率(显效+有效)。结果:两组内比较,治疗后第4周患者各项皮损积分均优于治疗前(P<0.05);而两组间相比,实验组患者的各项皮损积分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组患者的总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的80.0%(p<0.05)。结论:应用他克莫司联合糖皮质激素早期治疗成人特应性皮炎,可以显著改善皮损积分变化,有效提高患者的预后。

Objective： To investigate the tacrolimus combined with corticosteroids in the treatment of adult atopic dermatitis in the method and curative effect.Method： the recent outpatient hospital treated 60 cases of adult patients with atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in the control group specific glucocorticoid treatment,the experimental group 30 cases combined with tacrolimus,compared two groups of patients after treatment of scaling,erythema,telangiectasia,papules,pustules,skin atrophy,pigmentation and other skin lesions integral change,and statistical total efficiency（markedly ＋ effective）.Result： of the two group,after fourth weeks of treatment on the patients with lesions integral are better than before treatment（P 0.05）;and the two groups compared,the patients in experimental group the various lesions integral was significantly better than the control group（P 0.05）,and the patients in the experimental group in the total efficiency was 93.3%,significantly higher than that in control group.80%（P 0.05）.Conclusion：the application of tacrolimus combined with glucocorticoid early in adult patients with atopic dermatitis,can significantly improve skin lesions integral change,effectively improve the prognosis of the patients.
