非血管化骨移植即刻修复下颌骨缺损的临床效果

摘要 目的:探讨非血管化骨移植即刻修复下颌骨缺损的临床治疗效果。方法:本实验选取在2011年3月至2011年10月份到我院进行治疗的下颌骨缺损患者98例为研究对象,对下颌骨缺损按HCL分类法进行分类,采用非血管化骨移植法对不同类型的下颌骨缺损即刻修复,分析并总结修复后移植骨成活率及术后并发症发生的情况。结果:移植骨成活率89.7%,其中L类下颌骨缺损成活率最高。术后总体并发症发生率31.6%,其中H类下颌骨缺损感染率最高,L类下颌骨缺损感染率最低。结论:采用非血管化骨移植即刻修复下颌骨缺损是重建和恢复其外形和功能的简单、有效、理想治疗方法,该方法最适合于L类缺损者。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of immediate restoration of non-vascularized bone graft on mandibular defects.Method: Choosing 98 cases with mandibular defects treated in our hospital from March 2011 to October 2011 as the research object.According to the classification of HCL,mandibular defect is classified.Using the method of immediate restoration of non-vascularized bone graft on mandibular defects,analyzed and summarized the graft survival rate and postoperative complications occurred after the repair.Result: The graft survival rate was 89.7%,with the highest survival rate of L clsaa mandibular defect.The postoperative overall complication rate was 31.6%,with the highest infection rate including H class mandibular defect,and L kind was the lowest.Conclusion: The method of immediate restoration of non-vascularized bone graft on mandibular defects is easy and effective to reconstruct and rehabilitate its form and function.It is most suitable for the defect of the class L.
