摘要
目的总结国内骨科医疗风险因素及对策措施。方法通过检索维普、万方、CNKI数据库,搜集2001～2011年骨科医疗风险管理方面的相关文献。结果共纳入有效文献54篇,归纳分析风险因素,并总结对策措施。结论国内骨科常见风险因素在于患者交流方面,常见建议措施是对医护人员进行专业培训。
Objective To summarize the risk factors and preventive suggestions for orthopedic department in China. Method Through searching the articles in VIP, CNKI and Wanfang databases from the year of 2001 to 2011, collecting articles of medical risk, medical errors and risk management in orthopedics. Result 54 effective articles are included. Summarize the risk factors studied in articles and conclude the mentioned proposals of preventive measures. Conclusion Poor communication with patients is the familiar factor of medical risk and professional training of medical staffs is the main measure.
