落实后勤系统精细服务 促优质护理持续开展

Promotion of Sustainable Development of Quality Care by Implementing the Fine Service in Logistics Departments

目的了解临床护士对后勤系统支持的满意度,推行后勤系统精细服务。方法横断面调查和比较后勤系统精细服务实施前后临床护士的满意度。结果改进后,有9个后勤部门的满意度得分显著提高,且P<0.05,有统计学差异。护理组长和执行护士对后勤系统支持的综合满意度得分也显著提高。结论后勤系统精细服务的落实,可为优质护理的持续开展提供全方位的支撑和保障。

Objective To investigate the opinions of nurses of clinical logistics departments, and evaluate the effects of fine service of responsibility system for the logistics departments after the fine service was implemented. Method The satisfaction of the nurses was compared by Cross--sectional survey before and after fine service in logistics departments was carried out. Result The satisfied scores of the nine departments were significantly increased after the fine service was performed, so as the satisfied scores of care leaders and executive nurses. Conclusion The implementation of fine service in the logistics departments provided a full range of support and guarantee of quality care.
