摘要
对我国健康管理模式现状及存在问题进行了分析,阐述了医疗体检机构应用自身人才、技术、硬件的优势,通过对体检人群健康信息采集建档、风险因素评估、个性化健康干预和动态跟踪等手段,以达到未病先防、初病早治、慢病控制的目的。
The paper analyzed the status and problems of health management model in China, described that the medical examination agencies should use the advantages of talents, technology and hardware, through health information collection, risk factor assessment, personalized health interventions, dynamic tracking on examination population, and other means to achieve the purposes of disease prevention, early treatment, and chronic disease control.
